Blackberries, strawberries and pickled blueberries tumbled with soft greens, croissant croutons + honey baked brie

Course 2 - Boars in a Duvet

A hit that had to come back for seconds. Billowy puffs of croissant dough wrapped around beef + pork farce w/ dijonaise + homemade pickles

Course 3 - Short Rib Mac + Cheese

A steakhouse side designed to steal the show. Slow braised beef short ribs, demi glace shredded on fontina + gruyere short pasta

Course 4 - Chocolate Chip Ricotta Cake

An incredible slice of sweet and decadent white cake. Rich with whole fat ricotta cream and dotted with guittard chocolate. Served with espresso whipped cream

Cocktails + Wine as always

Savory Schneckens ft. lemon feta/whipped cultured butter/caramelized onion goat cheese spread on croissant croutons

Simple Caviar Imported Kaluga Amber or Osetra Imperial Roe w/ creme fraiche, chives + ruffles.

White Truffle Ruffles ft. white truffle essence + white ruffle oil served with Shallot Dip. Like the thing you wish you had for the Super Bowl.

We always offer plant based substitutes. Gluten Free needs can be happily accommodated. However, we can not make any other modifications to our supper club menus.
