Course 1 - Smoked Salmon + Avocado Cream Cheese Bagel Salad

Smoked salmon, avocado, parsley chive and onion green goddess dressing tossed greens served with toasted jalapeno bagel + cream cheese croutons

Course 2 - Steak + Egg Stack

Butter seared ribeye, sliced and topped with soft scrambled eggs, garlic and black pepper aioli served with toast points

Course 3 - Milky Mac + Cheese w/ Honey Guajillo Short Ribs

A perfectly tailored macaroni with queso blanco and a kiss of jalapeno topped with sweet and smoky long cooked short ribs.

Course 4 - THE Milky Icon - Banana Pudding

An incredible plated portion of the banana pudding that took Corpus by storm. Subtle touches of cinnamon and caramel adorn the sweet and creamy familiarity of a South Texas classic.

Cocktails + Wine as always

Savory Schneckens ft. lemon feta/whipped cultured butter/caramelized onion goat cheese spread on croissant croutons

Simple Caviar Imported Kaluga Amber or Osetra Imperial Roe w/ creme fraiche, chives + ruffles.

White Truffle Ruffles ft. white truffle essence + white ruffle oil served with Shallot Dip. Like the thing you wish you had for the Super Bowl.

We always offer plant based substitutes. Gluten Free needs can be happily accommodated. However, we can not make any other modifications to our supper club menus.
