Course 1 - Roasted Beet + Blackberry Salad
Deeply hued beets and berries marinated and roasted - tumbled with soft greens and goat cheese. Served with fresh baked focaccia
Course 2 - Garlic Chicken en croute
Garlic and parsley marinated and roasted chicken shredded with potatoes and gruyere on puff pastry. Vampires beware.
Course 3 - Red wine and beef chorizo pasta
Boarri's beef chorizo, leeks and red wine simmered short pasta. finished with soft mozzarella and served with panko and garlic gremolata
Course 4 - Blackberry Stained Cream Cake
Layered almond cream cake, blackberry buttercream and caramel whipped cream cheese filling. Trick or Treat, please.
Cocktails + Wine as always
Savory Schneckens ft. lemon feta/whipped cultured butter/caramelized onion goat cheese spread on croissant croutons
Simple Caviar Imported Kaluga Amber or Osetra Imperial Roe w/ creme fraiche, chives + ruffles.
White Truffle Ruffles ft. white truffle essence + white ruffle oil served with Shallot Dip. Like the thing you wish you had for the Super Bowl.
We always offer plant based substitutes. Gluten Free needs can be happily accommodated. However, we can not make any other modifications to our supper club menus.
