Delicate and sweet lump crab tossed with aromatics, bold flavors and coated in potato chips +.butter broiled. Served with remoulade
Course 2 - Bacon Bleu Cheese Wedge
Iceberg lettuce, tomato concasse, croissant croutons and slabs of Boarri Chancellor Bacon laid over. Topped with bleu cheese + bleu cheese chive dressing.
Course 3 - Delmonico Steak
An icon preperation of butter seared ribeye, salted and served with fried shallots. Paired with potato puree. An equal part butter/potato side dish that will steal the show.
Course 4 - Hightower Chocolate Cake
An incredible slice of sweet and decadent chocolate ganache cake, milk and chocolate chip cookie filling, topped with ganache icing
Cocktails + Wine as always
Savory Schneckens ft. lemon feta/whipped cultured butter/caramelized onion goat cheese spread on croissant croutons
Simple Caviar Imported Kaluga Amber or Osetra Imperial Roe w/ creme fraiche, chives + ruffles.
White Truffle Ruffles ft. white truffle essence + white ruffle oil served with Shallot Dip. Like the thing you wish you had for the Super Bowl.
