Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Seared and roasted pork tenderloin, sliced and served with Rosemary Bacon Stuffing with Gruyere mash

Fourth Course :

Pumpkin Creme Brulee - the best of both worlds.

Served with cinnamon toast croissants

Cocktails + Wine as always

Savory Schneckens ft. lemon feta/whipped cultured butter/caramelized onion goat cheese spread on croissant croutons

Simple Caviar Imported Kaluga Amber or Osetra Imperial Roe w/ creme fraiche, chives + ruffles.

White Truffle Ruffles ft. white truffle essence + white ruffle oil served with Shallot Dip. Like the thing you wish you had for the Super Bowl.
